I just wanted to send a quick note of thanks following the work you undertook at my property in January 2010. As you know we were feeling considerably distressed due to an attempted break-in during the christmas period, so it was a huge relief to have discovered you! Apart from anything else, it was enormously reassuring to know that you have worked locally in the area for many years, and I have to say your customer service was simply brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and you took your time without increasing the bill. Not only this but you costs were very reasonable anyway. We are once again a happier household and this is largely down to the work you have done to increase the security for our property. I would have no hesitation in recommending you and will certainly be in touch for any future work.
